We currently maintain over 200 hot tubs a week in Cornwall, of which, a significant proportion are privately owned holiday lets, managed either by the owner themselves, or via a letting agent. Whilst you don’t have to have bought your hot tub from OC, we do have certain criteria.

What does a Holiday Let Hot Tub Changeover Include?
On every changeover our experienced team members will carry out the following duties:
- Remove filter and place in cleaning solution.
- Add a bio-film remover and hot tub flush to remove build-up of soaps & oils in spa pipework and to remove all biofilms.
- Drain the spa, deep clean the acrylic shell and vacuum out all water from pipework and jet bodies.
- Clean filters, or replace with new (as specified by client).
- Pressure wash spa (including cabinet and cover)
- General check of all spa functions
- Re-fill spa, add sanitising and balancing chemicals to the desired levels.
- Re-commission and check operation
- Monthly bacteria testing (legionella testing not included, but can be arranged at an additional cost)
